Before you write about a number

If a figure looks wrong, the machine detail page shows every payout that contributed to it, what share the machine took, and how that share was derived. Sending a screenshot of that page usually turns a long thread into a short one.

Data and deletion requests

Write to support@joulebook.com from the address on the account. We can export everything an organisation holds as a single file, and delete an organisation entirely on request.

You do not need to ask us for an export to leave — every plan, including free and lapsed accounts, can export its own data at any time.
